Micah was delighted to be back on Sky Sports for his first appearance of the season. Micah was on Monday Night Football alongside Jamie Carragher and host David Jones as he watched two of his former sides in action.
Micah saw both his old sides win as Aston Villa triumphed 1-0 over Sheffield United and Manchester City came out 2-1 winners away to Wolves.
Micah also reviewed the weekend games and spoke passionatly about the Black Lives Matter movement after the game.
