On Sunday Micah was live on the BBC for their coverage of the Quarter Final between Chelsea and Premier League strugglers Sheffield United. Micah was alongside former Chelsea and England left back Ashley Cole, former Sheffield United and Spurs central midfielder Michael Brown and host Gabby Logan.
Chelsea dominated the game from start to finish despite a high energy first half performance from Sheffield United. An Ollie Norwood own goal followed by a Hakim Ziyech strike took Chelsea through to the Semi-Finals where they will now face Manchester City.
