Micah Richards joined Sky One for the fantastic show that is A League of Their Own. Micah had a fantastic time joining in on the non-stop banter that the show offers.
Micah was on the show alongside Romesh Ranganathan and Rhys James as he captained the Red team. On the Blue team were stalwarts of the show in Freddie Flintoff and Rob Beckett, alongside Dina Asher-Smith. Jamie Redknapp hosted the show with grace and humour.
It was a fantastic show that will leave you on the floor in tears.
