Sue Smith partners with the FA and EE for 'Everyone Needs a Squad' campaign

England legend Sue Smith teamed up with the FA and EE for their 'Everyone Needs a Squad' campaign over the weekend.

Described as a ‘mini football festival’, the campaign aimed to engage teenage girls in the game through non-playing avenues—focusing on areas such as football fashion and culture. It encouraged young women to discover their own football squad, even away from the pitch.

In addition to taking part in the activities, Sue joined a Q&A session, where she explored important topics like resilience, building confidence, and finding a sense of belonging within the women's game.
